From Conway, Arkansas:
Option 1: From I-40 (US-65) towards Little Rock—travel 26.4 miles; At exit 153B, take Ramp to the RIGHT onto I-30 (US-167)Toward Little Rock; Cross the Arkansas River; At exit 139B, take the Ramp to the Right onto I-630; Get in your right lane; At exit 1B, take the Ramp to the Right at the “Center Street/Broadway” exit; Stay on the access road, and cross Broadway (at the light); At the stop sign, turn right onto State Street; Go 2 blocks, and turn left; Immediately on your right you will see the Agency sign on the fence, you will need to come into the parking lot to get to the entrance to the building.
Option 2: From I-40 (US-65) towards Little Rock – travel approximately 23 miles; Take the Ramp to the Right onto I-430, toward Texarkana; Cross the Arkansas River; Take the 3rd Ramp to the Right onto I-630 East, toward downtown Little Rock; Take the Ramp to the Right onto Broadway, and turn left at the Light; Go back over I-630 and get in your left lane; Turn left onto 8th Street and get in your right lane; Go 3 blocks and on your right you will see the Agency sign on the fence, you will need to come into the parking lot to go to the entrance to the building.





From Memphis, Tennessee:

Option 1: Depart Texarkana on I-30 toward Little Rock; Travel approximately 137.4 miles; At exit 139B, take the Ramp LEFT onto I-630; At exit 1B, take the Ramp to the RIGHT at the “Center Street/Broadway” exit; Stay on the access road and cross Broadway (at the light); At the stop sign, turn right onto State Street; Go 2 blocks and turn left; Immediately on your right, you will see the Agency sign on the fence, and you will need to come into the parking lot to get to the entrance to the building.
Option 2: Depart Texarkana on I-30 toward Little Rock; Travel approximately 130 miles; At the I-430 Exit, take the Ramp LEFT onto I-430; Travel down I-430 until you get to the I-630 East exit; At the I-630 East exit, take the Ramp to the RIGHT onto I-630; Travel approximately 6 miles toward downtown Little Rock; Take the Broadway Exit, and turn left at the stoplight; Cross back over I-630 and get in your left lane; Turn left onto 8th Street and get in your right lane; Go 3 blocks and on your right you will see the Agency sign on the fence, you will need to come into the parking lot to go to the entrance to the building.
