About Us

The Agency, Inc. was founded in 1984 by Sarah Tackett. By effectively providing professional casting services needed in this region, it quickly became one of the largest full service casting agencies in the South. The Agency, Inc. has contributed to the casting of over fifty feature films and has cast talent, models and stylists for made for TV movies, commercials, training / corporate videos, infomercials, interactive media, voice-over, commercial and fashion print, runway shows and special entertainment.

Although most of the roster is Arkansas based and non-union, we do represent talent and serve clients in surrounding states. By partnering with other agencies in the South, we are better able to serve our client needs by offering a deeper pool of professional talent for client consideration.

By offering professional video and casting facilities The Agency, Inc. is able to customize client’s casting needs.

The Staff, with over fifty years of combined experience results in a better understanding of client needs.

“The great thing about Sarah Tackett is that she’s not only an amazing Casting Director with a great eye for talent but she also thinks outside the box. She’ll beat the bushes for you. I’m proud to have worked with her and proud to call her my friend.”
